Shannon is a Registered Acupuncture Practitioner (R. Ac), serving the communities of Lunenburg and Chester, Nova Scotia. Shannon offers a range of theraputic and beauty treatments, including Traditional Acupuncture, Facial Rejuvenation (non-needle), Cosmetic Acupuncture, Cupping & Gua Sha, and Acupressure Massage. Her approach is grounded in compassion and a focus on helping individuals feel their best, whether they're managing stress, seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injury, or pursuing a healthier well-balanced life.

Before returning to college to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Shannon worked in the culinary world. She ran a café that specialized in healthy, wholesome food, and also worked as a cook for the Alpine Club of Canada. Through these experiences, she developed a deep understanding of how food, lifestyle, and self-care contribute to overall well-being. It was this passion for nurturing vitality—through both nutrition and holistic therapies—that inspired Shannon to pursue acupuncture and open her own healing space. Today, she brings this wealth of experience to her practice, offering a balanced approach to health that integrates the best of both Eastern and Western wellness traditions.

Shannon believes in the power of nature to restore balance and vitality, and she is dedicated to providing personalized care that supports each individual’s unique healing journey. Her practice is a safe, welcoming space where patients can feel seen, heard, and cared for, whether they are seeking relief from physical pain, stress, or simply looking to enhance their overall well-being.

When she’s not working with patients, Shannon is a writer, outdoor enthusiast, and animal lover. She can often be found exploring the local trails, beaches, and forests, regardless of the weather, finding peace and inspiration in the natural world.
